    June 28th, 2025，2025 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Engineering Management (ICAIEM 2025）it was grandly held at the International Education Exchange Center of Guangzhou University of Commerce in San Shui District, Foshan.This conference is jointly organized by Guangzhou Institute of Commerce and Guangdong Ais Information Academic Exchange Research Institute. It is supported by Guangzhou Dongruan University, Guangzhou Business College, Guangzhou City Polytechnic, Guangzhou Applied Science University, Guangzhou Xinhua University, Guangzhou Institute of Technology, and South China Agricultural University - Zhujiang College. It is jointly hosted by the School ofManagement of Guangzhou Institute of Commerce and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Smart Cold Chain Industry College.

The conference officially opened on the morning of June 28th at the Sansui Campus of Guangzhou Institute of Technology. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Yujie Shi from Guangzhou Institute of Technology. Representatives of the organizing committee warmly welcomed the presence of scholars from all walks of life. The conference was held in a combination of online and offline formats, gathering over 150 experts and scholars from around the world, including institutions such as Jinan University, Guangdong University of Technology, University of Sydney, Yunnan University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Liaoning Institute of Technology, Armed Police Engineering University, Southwest Forestry University, Jimei University, Guangdong Peizheng College, Hunan Economic Research and Power Design Co., Ltd., Zhuhai Science and Technology College Big Data College, and China Automobile Data Co., Ltd. The participants discussed in depth the latest research achievements and future development trends in the fields of artificial intelligence and engineering management.

Qianyuan Wang, the vice president of Guangzhou University of Commerce, delivered the opening speech on behalf of the organizers. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the domestic and foreign experts and scholars, as well as the sister universities and industry organizations, who have long been concerned and supported the development of the school. The conference focused on the hot and difficult issues in the field, promoting interdisciplinary research and the integration of industry-academia-research. It invited experts from multiple universities to have in-depth exchanges and jointly promote academic development and technological innovation. Vice President Wang hopes that all experts and scholars will offer valuable suggestions and work together to promote the innovative development of the engineering management discipline and contribute to the progress of the industry.

     The meeting agenda consists of main venue reports, invited reports, and oral presentations. This main venue focuses on sharing on key topics such as "precision manufacturing around the value chain, post-5G industrial Internet of Things, digital consumer value co-creation, and green supply chain and corporate sustainable development". Professor Li Congdong from Jinan University, Professor Du Songhua from Guangdong University of Technology, Professor Yonghui Li from the University of Sydney in Australia, and Professor Zhiping Hou from Guangzhou University of Commerce respectively delivered keynote speeches. Experts and scholars presented their latest research results and academic insights in related fields, which aroused extensive attention and lively discussions among the attending experts and scholars. The academic atmosphere in the venue was very intense.

On the afternoon of the 28th, the afternoon session of the conference was chaired by Dr. Yujie Shi from the School of Management of Guangzhou Gongshang University. Associate Professor Hu Zuwu from Guangzhou Business College, Dr. Liu Chao from Guangzhou Gongshang University, Dr. Yujie Shi, and Dr.Yaqing Liang respectively delivered invited presentations. Subsequently, five experts from Guangzhou Business College, Jimei University, Hunan Economic Research and Power Design Co., Ltd., and Beijing Jiaotong University gave oral reports. The conference topics covered multiple cutting-edge development directions such as project risk assessment based on deep learning and large language models, image forgery detection, and the impact of supply chain digital transformation performance. It provided rich opportunities for academic exchanges and cooperation for the participants, promoting the continuous development and innovation of artificial intelligence and engineering management.

This event facilitated the exchange of scientific information among researchers, developers, engineers, students and practitioners in the fields of artificial intelligence and engineering management from all over the world. Through discussions and sharing, the practical experiences, thoughts and the most cutting-edge research achievements in related fields of scholars from around the globe were widely disseminated, which holds positive significance for addressing new challenges in the future.
